Senior Management 

Robert Maxwell C.A., President and CEO

Robert Maxwell is a leading expert and authority on making organizations more profitable through the strategic application of technology.  He is also a frequent speaker and writer on the subject.

Drawing on a wealth of research and over 25 years of experience, Robert has developed a unique perspective that aligns organizational objectives with appropriate technological solutions. Robert understands that this alignment of objectives and technology, coupled with creative problem-solving, helps organizations grow much more quickly than might otherwise have been possible.

Prior to founding TGT Solutions, Robert was the Manager of Financial Information Systems at National Trust. Earlier, he managed financial information systems  at Canadian Surety – an Insurance group with over C$150 million in premium revenue. Robert also held information systems-related positions at other large financial institutions including Crown Life and Royal Insurance.

Robert holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Mathematics and a Master’s degree in Business Administration. He is a Chartered Accountant in both Canada and the United Kingdom. Robert is also an Associate member of SFCT, the professional body for solutions-focused consultants, coaches and managers.

Judy Walters, Senior Vice President eBusiness Solutions

Judy is TGT Solutions’ business applications expert, and she focuses on developing and deploying business solutions to our many corporate clients. Judy is a world expert in a dizzying array of technologies and solution systems, in areas ranging from payment processing, financial systems, real estate management, health care and university administration systems.

Judy has led TGT Solution’s Peoplesoft business practice for the past 23 years, providing implementations and ongoing service to hundred of clients such as the Council of Ontario Universities, Canadian Tire and the Central Local Health Integration Network. 

Prior to founding TGT, Judy spent 13 years with National Trust where she held several progressively senior roles. Judy’s responsibilities included (but were not limited to) the development and testing of critical systems, which resulted in solution implementations to improve mortgage-backed securities, GIC management, savings. loans and National Trust’s PeopleSoft general ledger system. She has also pioneered work in electronic data interchange between institutions and automated work-flow between departments within an organization.

Judy holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Wilfred Laurier University in Canada. In her spare time, she advocates for natural health remedies in her local community.
