Founded in 1996, TGT Solutions Inc. is a systems integrator specializing in the delivery of technology driven solutions. We offer you tailored choices of highly specialized products and services that answer your companies challenges.

As a Canadian company located in southern Ontario, our cast of specialized personnel has the flexibility to travel to all North American locations. Of particular interest is the delivery of quality professional technology services that are clearly positioned (Focal Point Service) to provide maximum benefit to your company.

TGT's Senior Management

Adrian Meyer C.A., Chairman of the Board

Adrian is the President of Citadel Bank and Trust Ltd. - a Global Bank and Trust Company with unique experience in supporting rapid growth in technology-based companies. Adrian is also a qualified Chartered Accountant.

Robert Maxwell C.A., President and CEO

Robert has a wealth of experience in Managing Information Systems.

Prior to founding TGT, Robert was the Manager of Financial Information Systems at National Trust (at that time, Canada's 12th largest Financial Institution). Prior to National Trust, Robert managed the Financial Information Systems at Canadian Surety - an Insurance group with over C$150 million in premium revenue. Robert has also held information systems related positions at other large financial institutions including Crown Life and Royal Insurance.

Robert holds a Bachelors degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from McGill University in Canada and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Sterling in Scotland. Robert is also a Chartered Accountant.

Judy Walters, Senior Vice President, e-Business Solutions

Judy is an expert in the area of developing and deploying an application to the Business User's desktop.

Prior to founding TGT, Judy spent 13 years with National Trust where she held several progressively senior roles. Judy's responsibilities included (but were not limited to) development in testing of the Mortgage Backed securities system; the GIC system; the savings system; the loans system; and the PeopleSoft General Ledger system. She has also pioneered work in the Electronic Data Interchange between Institutions and automated workflow between departments within an organization.

Judy holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Wilfred Laurier University in Canada.
